Located in the County Down countryside this modern, 4 bedroom house design in Downpatrick has been designed to provide stunning open plan living, maximum use of inside/outside space and maximum use of renewable technologies to minimise the clients impact on the environment.

The house is heated by a wood pellet burning boiler. Hot water is supplied by solar panels installed on the natural slate roof and wall cavities have been increased to allow more insulation to be installed.
